Prem Mahesh Francis is a seasoned Advocate and Legal Consultant with over three decades of distinguished experience in litigation, dispute resolution, and legal advisory services. Enrolled with the Madhya Pradesh High Court, Jabalpur, in 1993, he has built an extensive and versatile practice spanning civil, commercial, constitutional, labour, mining, taxation, and regulatory matters.

He regularly appears before the Madhya Pradesh High Court, Tribunals, Labour Courts, commercial forums, and statutory authorities across the State, representing clients in commercial disputes, as well as issues arising out of industrial and labour laws, mining laws, arbitration, banking, consumer protection and taxation.

Over the course of his career, he has represented and advised several prominent corporate clients, including ACC, Adani Cements, Birla Corporation Limited, UltraTech Cement, RCCPL (Reliance Cements), and Daewoo Power India Ltd., in addition to various infrastructure, construction, mining, and institutional entities.
